Precision Liquid Delivery

Liquid Components
The Ausplow Multistream precision liquid delivery system consists of a mono pump and pressure relief valve (shown above), infil station (shown below), flow control valve and bar kit. Should the application of fungicides, herbicides, pesticides or trace elements be required, an optional Dosetron can be fitted to allow accurate application of these products.

Design and Specifications
The Ausplow precision liquid delivery system uses a speed controlled hydraulically driven positive displacement pump because of its inherent accuracy, reliability and simplicity. The liquid system is designed to deliver fluid product rates from approximately 50 to 150lt / ha at 1.0 to 2.5 bar pressure. The flow rate delivered to the bar is measured with a flow meter and then the pump speed is controlled to maintain the required application rate of product.
Optional Dosing Pump
Optional Dosetron pumps offer the following advantages over main tank agitation systems:
- Only pure product is held in the main tank.
- Main tank does not require agitation.
- The pump is un-powered and uses the main delivery systems liquid flow to measure and mix a preselected percentage of neat chemical.
- Chemical is only in contact with main product for a very short time minimising the possibility of undesired interaction. This can be critical to the performance of fungicides
- The dosing pumps can be switched off at any time flushing the chemical / trace elements from the system.
- The dosing pump can be hooked up directly to an Enviro Drum or other container that can be mounted on the Auseeder drawbar or side of the Multistream bin.
Liquid Nozzles
The liquid nozzle shown directs a pencil stream of liquid to either side of the seed which is then incorporated into the soil profile by the action of the press wheel. Nozzle sizes range from 0.6 to 0.8H allowing rates of between 50 L/ha to 150L/Ha depending on machine width and operating speed.
