Multistream

M60003DB

The M60003DB drawbar mounted airseeder is designed to mount directly onto the drawbar of either an D-260 Series or D-300 Series Auseeder up to and including 48 tines.  It consists of 3 x 2000lt tanks which can be used for any product.  The M60003DB retains all of the technological features of its larger cousins so it can be fitted with liquid systems and comes standard with an 8" auger, heat exchanger and variable rate, electric over hydraulic control.

M90003BT

The M90003BT is competitively priced and is our most popular model featuring as standard equipment many features not offered as options by our competitors.  The 9000lt capacity consists of 3 x 3000lt tanks that can be used for any product including liquid as well as granular.  It is fitted with 24.5 x 32 lug type tyres and has a dual purpose hydraulic jack that can be used not only when unhitching, but as a skid if the bin or tractor become bogged during seeding operations.  Bin height is 3360mm (11′1") and it weighs 4200kgs empty.

 

M90003BH

The M90003BH consists of 3 x 3000lt tanks that can be used for any product including liquid as well as granular.  As with all Multistream bins, it can be fitted with 3m axle centres for controlled traffic farming.  Standard tyre equipment is 14.9×28 front tyres and 24.5×32 rear tyres.

 

M120004BT

The M120004BT is our most versatile airseeder and consists of 4 x 3000lt bins giving a total capacity of 12000lt.  A 4 bin configuration allows the following seeding combinations:

• 2 x 6000lt bins effectively, by combining the two front and two rear bins.
• 1 x 3000lt ’small seeds’ bin and 9000lt single fertiliser bin.
• 1 x 3000lt bin each for seed, compound fertiliser, urea or flexi-N and potash.
• 1 x 3000lt bin each for seed, compound fertiliser, urea or flexi-N and herbicide of surfactant.
• 1 x 6000lt bin for major product and 2 x 3000lt bins for two additional products.

The versitility of the 12000lt Multistream is further enhanced by the fact that all drives and controlls are integrated into one hydraulic and one central controller.  Operation is simple, flexible and reliable.  30.5 x 32 tyres are fitted as standard.

 

M120004BH

The versatility and configuration of these models are outlined above.  The tow behind version uses a steerer front axle and is fitted with four, 24.5 x 32 tyres.

 

M140003BT

The M140003BT tow between airseeder consists of 2 x 4700lt and 1 x 4400lt tanks.  Liquid and granular products not exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0 can be used in any tank.  For any product exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0, including liquid as well as granular products, only the centre 4400lt tank should be used unless the rear tank is fitted with a tank support kit.

The M140003BT tow between  is fitted with 30.5 x 32 lug type tyres and has a dual purpose hydraulic jack that can be used not only when unhitching, but as a skid if the bin or tractor become bogged during seeding operations.  It has a bin height of 3700mm (12′2") and weighs 4400kgs when empty. 

M140003BH

The M140003BH tow behind airseeder uses a steerer front axle which is fitted with 24.5 x 32 tyres.  Rear tyres are 30.5 x 32 mounted on a solid 100mm x 100mm axle.  Other specifications are as per the tow between version.

 

M180004BT

The M180004BT tow between Multistream consists of 2 x 4700lt and 2 x 4400lt tanks.  Liquid and granular products not exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0 can be used in any tank.  For any product exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0, including liquid as well as granular products, only the centre 4400lt tank should be used unless the rear tank is fitted with a tank support kit. 

The M180004BT tow between  is fitted with 24.5 x 38 duals lug type tyres and has a dual purpose hydraulic jack that can be used not only when unhitching, but as a skid if the bin or tractor become bogged during seeding operations.

M220005BT

The M220005BT tow between Multistream consists of 2 x 4700lt and 3 x 4400lt tanks.  Liquid and granular products not exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0 can be used in any tank.  For any product exceeding a specific gravity of 1.0, including liquid as well as granular products, only the centre 4400lt tank should be used unless the rear tank is fitted with a tank support kit.

The M220005BT tow between  is fitted with 710/70R x 38 Duals lug type tyres and has a dual purpose hydraulic jack that can be used not only when unhitching, but as a skid if the bin or tractor become bogged during seeding operations.

DBS

D-260 Series

The D-260 Series Auseeders are available in 10 models.  260mm (10") spaced Auseeders have a transport width ranging from 5.86m (19′03") to 7.53m (24′09") with widths of cut from 6.24m (20′06") to 18.20m (59′09").

 

D-300 Series

The D-300 Series Auseeders are available in 8 models.  300mm (12") spaced Auseeders have a transport width ranging from 6.50m (21′04") to 7.96m (26′01") with widths of cut from 9.60m (31′06") to 18.20m (60′00").

Easitill II

The easitill deep tillage machine is available in 7 standard models with working widths from 4.14m (13′07") to 13.34m (43′09").  It uses a similar frame to the auseeder but does not use the rear add on bar.  Instead, the three rows of tines on the easitill are mounted within the main frame.

The standard tine spacing is 46cm (18") and underframe clearance is 75cm (29.5").  The maximum breakout force is 650kgs (1430lbs) @ 1450psi pressure.  All models are fitted with hydraulic tines coupled to a central nitrogen accumulator, similar to the accumulator used on the DBS Auseeder.

All models can be fitted with optional single coulters.  Tines are protected from wear with replaceable shin guards and tungsten tipped points.
