The proven Easitill II precision deep tillage machine is capable of working to depths of 300mm (12") with the 750mm shank or the 820mm shank designed for sand plain soil to a depth of 380mm (15").
There are 13 models available in either rigid frame or folding wing configuration with either two or four depth wheels assemblies respectively.
Digging widths range from 2.60m (9'06") to 18.00m (59'). The tine spacing of 460mm (18"), 520mm (20") and 600mm (24") are available with underframe clearance of 750mm (29.5") or 820mm (32.3").
The maximum breakout force is 650kgs (1430lbs) @ 1450psi (100 bar) pressure. All models are fitted with hydraulic tines coupled to a central nitrogen accumulator, similar to the accumulator used on the DBS Auseeder.
All models can be fitted with optional single coulters. Tines are protected from wear with replaceable shin guards and tungsten tipped points.
